Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. – Winston Churchill
I completed my master’s degree in Robotic Systems Development from the Robotics Institute, School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University(CMU) . Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate studies from PEC University of Technology . Most of my work revolve around developing Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms for Robotics. I really like the maths part (mostly L.A.) of Machine Learning – it’s plain and simple.
I am currently working as a Computer Vision Programmer at CapSen Robotics, where we are developing 3D computer vision algorithms for use in cluttered environments.
I love to code . Like most programmers, I can program in most of the languages in use today, but I find my niche in Python and C++. I am an adherent of the programming philosophy that
Readability Counts. I love to learn programming techniques, tips and tricks.
Football (Soccer in ) is life. My favorite footballer is Arjen Robben (Okay, he is a pathological diver ). Other than Robben, I am also a big fan of the architect – Andrea Pirlo . In EPL, I love to watch Manchester United play. My favorite coaches are the meticulous Louis Van Gaal and his mercurial protégé, José Mourinho. (LOL – José is now manager of United.)
My favorite stress buster activity is . Although, I am a big fan of terrain cycling but the landscape around my city isn’t well suited for the same . (P.S. – This was written some time back when I was in Chandigarh. – Now, I live in Pittsburgh ) For the part year or so, I have been developed a penchant for jogging – PRs are quite an addiction.
Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving. – Albert Einstein
